  Umed is very nice and Technical staff are very professional and prompt in taking the samples and the front office staff are also polite and reachable.

She was shouting at the staff members in front of me although i said it was a confusion from end. She started arguing with me for no reason when i tried to explain what happened. She really needs training on how to behave with others especially when she is in medical field where people expect a calm and peaceful environment.   No proper communication. The receptionist made us wait for more than an hour and half. A proper communication that there will be delay would have been better. Instead the receiptionist... read more was rude and said they are not sitting idle. They need to understand that neither the patients are idle and they too have other work. During the wait i have oberserved 4 other patients had heated arguments with the recepionist for delay in reports and other delays.
